About Me

With over 15 years' HR experience, I specialise in supporting people through life's transitions—both professional and personal—so they can thrive at work and at home.

I've had the privilege of coaching across all levels of organisations, and what genuinely drives me is the belief that everyone deserves to feel supported and valued at work. I hold a BSc in Psychology and Business Studies, MBA, and am a chartered MCIPD member, with over 80 hours of coactive coach training. I bring both professional expertise and a warm, collaborative approach to everything I do.

My certification as a menopause support coach reflects something deeply personal to me. As someone navigating perimenopause myself, I understand first hand how it can initially shake your world. But I've also discovered that with the right information and support, it's possible to navigate this transition in a much more positive way. I'm passionate about having these conversations that affect so many of us, yet are rarely discussed openly in the workplace.

Following a ten-year fertility journey, I'm now a working mum of two and deeply understand the complex juggling act this brings.

These experiences have taught me that transformation isn't just possible—it's powerful when you have the right support. Whether you're navigating career transitions, organisational change, returning to work, or managing menopause alongside professional life, I'm here to help you not just get through change, but thrive and advocate for yourself with confidence.
